本規約は、App Dragon（以下「当社」）が提供する iOSアプリ「Readpick」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、ユーザーが自ら登録した書籍の中から1冊を提示するツールです。書籍の販売・配信は行いません。
2. サブスクリプションについて
本アプリは、月額および年額の自動更新サブスクリプション「Readpick Pro」を提供します。
- 料金は App Store 上で購入前に表示されます。決済は Apple Account に対して行われます。
- 期間終了の24時間以上前に解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。更新料金は期間終了前の24時間以内に請求されます。
- 解約は iOS の「設定」＞ご自身の名前 ＞「サブスクリプション」から、いつでも行えます。
- 期間中の解約による日割り返金は行われません（Apple の返金ポリシーに従います）。
3. 禁止事項
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、不正な手段による課金の回避、法令または公序良俗に違反する行為を禁止します。
4. 生成される内容についての免責
本アプリが提示する書籍および理由の文章はAIにより自動生成されるもので、その正確性・適切性を保証するものではありません。
5. 知的財産権
本アプリのソフトウェア、デザイン、商標等に関する知的財産権は、当社または各権利者に帰属します。
6. 保証の否認および責任の制限
本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、明示黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。法令が許す最大限の範囲において、当社は本アプリの利用に関連して生じた損害について責任を負いません。
7. 本規約の変更
必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。

These Terms govern your use of the iOS app Readpick (“the App”), provided by App Dragon (“we”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. What the App does
The App names one book from the books you have added yourself. It does not sell or distribute books.
2. Subscriptions
The App offers an auto-renewing subscription, “Readpick Pro,” billed monthly or yearly.
- Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- You can cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- No partial refunds are provided for cancellation mid-period; Apple’s refund policy applies.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not reverse-engineer the App, circumvent payment by improper means, or use the App in violation of applicable law or public order.
4. Disclaimer regarding generated content
The book the App names, and the reason it gives, are generated automatically by AI. We do not warrant their accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its software, design, and trademarks, belong to us or the respective rights holders.
6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising in connection with your use of the App.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms as needed. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this page.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
