App Dragon（以下「当社」）は、iOSアプリ「Readpick」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計しています。本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのように情報を取り扱うかを説明します。
登録した本、選ばれた記録、読んだ・読めなかったの記録は、当社や第三者のサーバーに送信されず、お使いの端末内（SwiftData）にのみ保存されます。当社はこれらを閲覧できません。
端末の外に出るのは、書誌情報や表紙を検索するときに Apple の iTunes Search API へ送る検索文字列だけです。
1. オンデバイス処理について
本アプリの「1冊を選ぶ」処理は、Apple Foundation Models による完全なオンデバイス処理で動作します。あなたの蔵書一覧が外部の生成AIサービスに送信されることはありません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
登録した本の情報（タイトル・著者・進捗・登録日・選んだ日時など）は、Apple の SwiftData を用いてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリの削除により、これらのデータは削除されます。
3. 外部に送信される情報（書誌検索）
本を検索して追加する際に限り、入力された検索文字列が Apple の iTunes Search API に送信されます。送信されるのは検索語のみで、あなたの本棚の内容や選んだ記録は含まれません。当社のサーバーは経由しません。
4. 購入情報（サブスクリプション）の取り扱い
本アプリでは、月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供しています。購入処理は Apple（App Store）が行い、実際の決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）は当社に共有されません。
購入状態の管理と復元のため、当社は課金管理サービス「RevenueCat」を利用しています。この目的のために、Apple から発行される購入トランザクションに関する情報が RevenueCat を通じて処理されます。これは購入した機能を正しく提供し、機種変更時などに購入を復元するために必要な範囲に限られ、あなたの本棚の内容とは一切結び付けられません。詳しくは RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシー をご参照ください。
5. 広告・トラッキングについて
本アプリは広告を表示しません。また、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ追跡（App Tracking Transparency の対象となるトラッキング）も一切行いません。
6. 第三者への提供
当社は、購入処理（Apple および RevenueCat）に必要な範囲を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
7. children's privacy
本アプリは特に児童を対象としたものではなく、児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

App Dragon (“we”) designs the iOS app Readpick (“the App”) with your privacy first. This policy explains how the App handles information.
The books you add, the picks you receive, and whether you read them are stored only on your device (SwiftData). They are never sent to us or to any third party, and we cannot read them.
The only thing that leaves your device is the search text sent to Apple’s iTunes Search API when you look up a book or its cover.
1. On-device processing
Choosing a book runs entirely on your device using Apple Foundation Models. Your library is never sent to an external AI service.
2. Information stored on your device
Book details (title, author, progress, date added, when it was last offered) are stored only on your device using Apple’s SwiftData. Deleting the App deletes this data.
3. Information sent off the device (book lookup)
When you search for a book to add, the search text you type is sent to Apple’s iTunes Search API. Only the search term is sent — never your shelf or your pick history — and it does not pass through our servers.
4. Purchases (subscriptions)
The App offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store); payment details such as card numbers are never shared with us.
We use RevenueCat to manage and restore purchase state. For that purpose, transaction information issued by Apple is processed through RevenueCat. This is limited to what is needed to deliver and restore what you bought, and is never linked to the contents of your shelf. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy for details.
5. Advertising and tracking
The App shows no advertising and performs no cross-app or cross-site tracking (nothing that falls under App Tracking Transparency).
6. Sharing with third parties
Apart from what is required to process purchases (Apple and RevenueCat), we do not sell or share your information with third parties.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as needed. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
