Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Dreamglass ("the App"), an AI dream journal published by Qtarou Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

What the App does

Dreamglass lets you record dreams by voice or text, generates AI interpretations and artwork, and lets you keep and share them. Interpretations and artwork are AI-generated for self-reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Dreamglass Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered as a Monthly plan ($7.99 / month) and an Annual plan ($39.99 / year), where available. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
• Dream dust ✦ credit packs are one-time, consumable in-app purchases (10, 30, or 100 credits).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where a trial is offered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to submit unlawful content or to misuse the AI features. AI inputs and outputs may be screened to keep the service safe and compliant with App Store guidelines.

Your content

Your dreams, transcripts, interpretations, and generated artwork are yours. They are stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled, including optional cloud AI processing.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
