Dreamglass ("the App") is an AI dream journal published by Qtarou Studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App handles and how. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Your dream recordings, transcripts, interpretations, generated artwork, tags, and mood entries are stored locally on your device. We do not have a server that holds your dream journal, and we cannot read your journal.
When you request an interpretation or artwork, processing happens in tiers. Where your device supports on-device intelligence (Apple Intelligence), the interpretation and illustration are generated locally and nothing leaves your device. If on-device processing is unavailable, the App may send your dream text to Google's Gemini API (via Firebase AI Logic) solely to generate that interpretation and return it to your device. As a final fallback, the App can produce an interpretation and illustration fully offline on your device. Dream text sent for cloud processing is used only to produce your result, is not used to train models or build advertising profiles, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Voice capture uses the device's speech recognition to convert what you say into text. Audio is processed for transcription and is not retained by us.
Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple and our payment infrastructure provider (RevenueCat). We receive anonymized purchase status to unlock features. We do not receive your credit card details.
The App is rated 17+ and is intended for adults. It is not directed at children.
Dreamglass is for reflection and entertainment. Interpretations are AI-generated and are not medical, psychological, or professional advice.
You can delete any entry in the App at any time. Deleting the App removes the journal stored on your device.
