本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、App Dragon（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリ「Composure」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロード・利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. ライセンスの付与
当社は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的な目的で利用するための、譲渡不能・非独占的なライセンスを付与します。ユーザーは、本アプリを複製・改変・逆コンパイル・再配布してはなりません。
2. 対応環境
本アプリは iOS 26 以降、かつ Apple Intelligence に対応した端末で動作します。本アプリの一部機能は Apple Foundation Models によるオンデバイス処理を利用します。
3. 課金・自動更新サブスクリプションおよび買い切り
- 本アプリは、月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプション、および買い切り（Lifetime）による有料機能を提供します。
- 支払いは、購入確定時にユーザーの Apple ID アカウントに請求されます。
- 自動更新サブスクリプションは、期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新され、更新料金が請求されます。
- サブスクリプションの管理・解約は、購入後いつでも端末の「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から行えます。
- 価格および提供内容は、App Store の各商品ページに表示されます。無料トライアルが提供される場合、未使用分はサブスクリプション購入時に失効します。
- 買い切り（Lifetime）は一度のお支払いで対象機能を継続的に利用できるものです。
課金の管理には RevenueCat を利用します。購入情報の取り扱いについてはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
4. ユーザーの責任
本アプリはユーザーが入力した内容に基づいて文章を生成する補助ツールです。生成された文章を実際に送信するか否か、及びその結果についての判断と責任はユーザーに帰属します。ユーザーは、法令や公序良俗に反する目的で本アプリを利用してはなりません。
5. 生成結果に関する免責
本アプリが生成する文章は、AIによって自動的に作成されるものであり、その正確性・適切性・特定の目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。本アプリは医療・心理・法律等の専門的助言を提供するものではありません。生成結果の利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、当社は責任を負いません。
6. 知的財産権
本アプリおよびそれに含まれるソフトウェア、デザイン、商標等の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
7. 保証の否認・責任の制限
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。適用法令で許容される最大限の範囲において、当社は本アプリの利用に関連して生じた損害について責任を負いません。
8. 本規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
9. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the iOS app “Composure” (the “App”) provided by App Dragon (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License grant
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or redistribute the App.
2. Requirements
The App runs on iOS 26 or later on devices that support Apple Intelligence. Certain features rely on on-device processing via Apple Foundation Models.
3. Purchases, auto-renewing subscriptions & one-time purchase
- The App offers paid features via auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions, as well as a one-time (Lifetime) purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically and are charged unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time after purchase in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
- Prices and offerings are shown on each product page in the App Store. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- The one-time (Lifetime) purchase provides ongoing access to the applicable features for a single payment.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchases. See our Privacy Policy for how purchase information is handled.
4. Your responsibilities
The App is an assistive tool that generates text based on your input. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to send any generated text and for the consequences of doing so. You may not use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law or public order.
5. Disclaimer regarding generated content
Text produced by the App is generated automatically by AI, and we do not warrant its accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any particular purpose. The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of generated content.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its software, design, and trademarks, belong to us or the respective rights holders.
7. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising in connection with your use of the App.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms as needed. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this page.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
