Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Mojidex ("the app"), an iOS app developed by Qtarou Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mojidex on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA conflict, these Terms govern to the extent permitted.

2. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Mojidex offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Mojidex Premium) that unlock unlimited lives and the mock-exam mode.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. A free trial's unused portion (if offered) is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Premium never sells Kanji Spirits or learning progress — spirits are earned only through study, never purchased.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way. The learning content is provided for personal study only.

4. User content & data

Mojidex runs fully on your device. Your learning progress is stored locally on the device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mojidex is a study aid and does not guarantee any particular exam result (including JLPT). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
