MARGIN. (Bundle ID: com.qtarou11111.margin) is developed by Qtarou Studio (Ryutaro Nakano). We believe your notes are private. This policy explains what data we collect — and more importantly, what we do not.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not require an account, login, or registration.
We do not collect, transmit, or store your notes on any server.
We do not use analytics or telemetry of any kind.
We do not track your usage, location, or behavior.
We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.

Data Storage

All data created in MARGIN. — notes, tags, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using SQLite. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to sync via iCloud or Google Drive backup.

If you enable iCloud or Google Drive sync, your data is transferred directly between your device and Apple's or Google's servers under their respective privacy policies. Qtarou Studio has no access to this synced data.

Advertising

MARGIN. displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device information (such as advertising identifier, device model, and OS version) to serve ads. This data is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.

You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising on iOS).

Third-Party Services

Children's Privacy

MARGIN. is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
